$114 for a 15x7 Rally is pretty reasonable. If they aren't right you have someone to go go to. I bought a pair used and they were bent and wobbled all over the balancer. It took 7 oz to balance and they still wobble.

i have a set of 4 in 11729 NY. tires mounted are dry but hold air not crusty parts.
