4 speed and drive shaft

i swapped out an over drive for a non overdrive, same spline but now my driveshaft seem longer, thought all abody 4 speeds were the same length

Not at all. They are different sizes, and when you change transmissions, it usually changes the length. I had a new one made when I put in my Dana 60 and today I am getting another made because I put in a 200R4 transmission. You have to have the car on level ground and measure from the end of the transmission splined shaft to the face uf the rear differential yoke. Then call your local driveline shop and have one made.
