4 speed linkage

Does anyone have a picture of how the linkage goes an the trans and shifter i trying to hook mine up and getting nowhere?

Thanks for the picture got it on now found out the shifter mounting plate is wrong one guess thats what ya get with used parts someone says is correct

You can run into slight variations in the linkages. A friend of mine was helping me hook up mine and we found two shift rods with the same serial number that were about an inch different in length.
I had a "Hurst Super Shifter" that required pushing down on the shifter to get it to shift into reverse also.
