4 speed numbers

I have a lead on a four speed. Any ideas what these numbers mean?

Those numbers there are the casting pattern number for the foundry casting the parts.
They have nothing to do with application, model of car,etc.
Can't see them if their is but is their any numbers on machined pad above them?
