It could be sent unbalanced for $211 less, but I would really have it done at Molnar, as they have a very precise balancing machine and I doubt you find anyone that will do it for $211.
I can supply a dished ICON piston that will make 9.48 to 1 compression ratio with your 70 cc heads and a .039" compressed gasket thickness.

Molnar 6.123" 4340 H-Beam .984" Wrist Pins, Molnar Proprietary ARP2000 Rod Bolts
ICON Premium Series/ KTD .030" Pistons. Choice of dished, flat top, domed, to suit the compression ratio you want to accomplish.
Most pistons are also available in the following bore sizes at no additional cost. 4.00", (4.020" only available for domed), 4.030", 4.040", 4.060", 4.070", 4.080"

Balancing for Assembly - Molnar would balance all the components in house (Rods, Pistons, Crank). Internal Balanced (Neutral)
The total cost including all parts, balancing, and shipping is $3274.40
Please note that $211 of this price is the balancing cost and $221 is shipping cost for the 3 boxes it takes to send a complete rotating assembly.
Current lead time is 3-4 weeks before you would have it.
