The main crank journals are 2.75-inch, and the rod journals are 2.375-inch as cast from the factory. If you have calipers you could measure. A description of bearing surfaces with this measurement would let us know if it is worth the time. An already turned crank that needs to be turned again is different than one that is standard size and needs turned .010 on all surfaces.

I gave a perfect factory forged crank away on here about 4? yrs ago, the shipping on it , back then was $80, no telling what now !
