i need the torque spec for the blue aluminum mopar performance hold downs for the rocker arms shafts, and also what the clearance between the rocker arms and hold downs, they are roller rockers from cat.

If you're talking about the rocker arm shaft bracket bolts, they're 25 ft/lbs. As far as the clearance between the "rocker arms and hold downs" do you mean rocker arms and rocker shaft? Hold it, what engine is this for.

25 FT. Lbs. on the bolts, and .015-.020 on the rockers clearence side play.
Valve spring shims work great for this.
