I'm changing out the 11 to 1 pistons in my 440 so I can run pump gas...my question is to keep the engine balanced can I just change the pistons then rebalance the engine, or do I have to replace the rods and crank to change the pistons??

If you stay with the same weight pistons, there shouldn't be a need for a re-balance, but if you do decide to re-balance it, you can use the same rods/crank.

Like Joe mentions, as long as the piston/pin weighs the same, you're good.

Crank doesn't know what on the rods when balanced, it's balanced for a specific weight. If the engine has the factory balance, it's likely not close to correct anyways. Try and get pistons close to the current piston weight.

Can anyone tell me how much weight a 440 piston? OEM piston, forged i know its about 766grs!!! Thanks!!!

OEM 440 pistons are not forged , they are cast . The TRW/Speedro 6pk replacement piston is about 1100 grams with the pin .

The factory balance job is a joke so don't think that you can just replace a factory piston and be good to go .
