440 water jackets

I am putting a 440 in my duster, and I have heard a rumor that there are water jackets where the header bolts go. I have been told that I might have to use tephlon tape on the bolts. Is this true???????

Yes the water jacket part is true but if you put a dab of hi temp silicone on the bolts you should be fine.
