You sure you don't want to ship it? Let me know if you change your mind.

I wouldn't know how to box up something like this so they can't damage it. Ideas helpful

I used a 5 gallon plastic sheetrock mud bucket. Put some padding on bottom, put differential in it, gear side to the bottom and put more padding around the sides. Put some on top and snap the plastic lid back on it. It fits perfectly in one of those buckets

+1.

I will keep that in mind,IF someone actually wants it shipped,Thanks. It's still available.

I have shipped in plastic 5 gallon bucket also put a piece of plywood in the bottom then same padding put it in the bucket with gear first add padding around and on top then put the lid on then put sheet metal screws about 6 inches apart all around the outside of the lid. Works well

And wrap the gears and whole housing with bubble wrap before inserting in the bucket.
Lowes sells new buckets with lids for about $5.00

I recieved one undamaged about a month ago and the guy put it in an old milk crate.
Padded it good and wraped it in card board and it made it to me fine.

The bucket is a better idea.
