Installing a 5.0 lever isn't a good idea. It was designed for use in the Hemi transmissions that had a wider band which is stiffer and takes more pressure to operate. It's a good possibility it'll cause some overlap between the 2-3 shift. sometimes it's just minor but it's still a problem that eats away at the clutches and band. I never use more than a 4.2 lever since I discovered this.
