hell nah. just order a custom one. much less hassle for damn sure

Any of the cam outfits can grind what you need. Lots cheaper and just as good as grinding a new core.

Get yourself a 6.1 cam if you're going to do that. They are a forged cam. The 5.7 cams are not...

Billet cams are good but there have been a couple billion cast cams in use for the last 120 years that seem to do ok. If you have the $$$ to spend ok but it's not really needed.

its a roller cam engine. needs a good core not a regrind.

comp has shelf cams worth 100+rwhp on 5.7s and others.

They all need good cams....if you need a lot of spring pressure a billet cam may be in order. Otherwise a cast core is fine.

I would bet Comp sells more cast core cams than billets...

Thanks guys. I decided just to use a 6.1 cam for now. Should be fine for what im doing
