I have a spare 5.7 hemi "car" intake manifold for sale. It is in good shape all ports, holes, and vacuum posts are intact. This should fit any 2003-2008 5.7 hemi.
I know modern muscle makes adapters for your accessories to switch from a truck intake to this as most guys seem to like this look better.
