5.9 Magnum torque specs

Flex plate/flywheel bolts are 55ft lbs on the Magnum.

Whoever you got the clutch from might answer the pressure plate specs question, and I would use blue Locktite on both for sure.
 
i think pp is 24 but I will look it up tomorrow, its a damn typhoon outside right now. Tornado actually touched down on the Oregon coast yesterday!!! Now its just raining horizontally at 45 mph...
 
Sorry for the delay, we had the craziest storm, 12 " rain in 3 days.
So according to 99 Dakota FSM
Flex plate bolt torque is
5/16" bolts 17 ft lbs
3/8 " bolts 30 ft lbs
as previously stated, fly/flex to crank bolts are 55 ft lbs
