4772576 MOPAR PERFORMANCE HEADS. THESE HEADS WERE BUILT BY MOPAR PERFORMANCE TO BE THERE BEST STANDARD TYPE HEAD.. THEY WERE A LATER AND BETTER PERFORMANCE HEAD TO REPLACE THE 308 HEAD. THESE HEADS NEVER CAME ON A CAR, ONLY CAME FROM MOPAR PERFORMANCE.
I BUILT THESE FROM NEW CASTINGS AND HAVE ONLY 1 RACING VALVE JOB, THEY HAVE BRONZE GUIDES, AND HAVE BEEN MILLED TO JUST OVER THE STOCK CC'S (64.8). THEY HAVE MANLEY PRO FLOW VALVES, MOLY RETAINERS AND KEEPERS. THE HEAD OF THE VALVES HAS BEEN CUT FOR

VALVE/PISTON CLEARANCE. HEAT CROSSOVER HAS BEEN FILLED, THE SPRINGS ARE STRONG AND THEY HAVE BEEN ACID PORTED.

How do these compare to a factory X-head? Also do the springs work for street driving?

According too Mopar they are the best standard head they built these as an improved 308 head the exhaust are far better than all others except the 308. The x heads are the simular Casting as the 915. These are 1.88 intakes. Could install 2.02s if you wanted to.but I don't think the need it

The springs are very strong. Too strong for std. Cam on the street.
