/6 in Colorado

I have seen many /6 engines given away and thrown away. Never thought I would want one but I am trying to find one in running condition in Colorado or close by. I am hunting the weekends November through December down on the Kansas and Oklahoma border. Easily could make a trip into a little bit of Kansas and Oklahoma.
I am on a budget to get my car running and it is originally a /6 so I can bolt one in and at least drive the car until I can do what I want with it.
