have 6 changed out 71/4 rear to 8 3/4 rear do i have to get a differt drive shaft and what sze

In case you may not be familiar with Mopar U-joints, I think they generally come in two sizes; 7290's are bigger and stronger than 7260's.

There is available, a "bastard" U-joint that is the 7260-size on one leg of the cross, and 7290 on the other, for adapting different size yokes to different-size driveshafts.

I have used these (they are readily available at parts stores) and they are a neat solution to what could be a hard-to-deal-with problem. They work great!

You might need one, as cudamark already pointed out.
