www.NORTHERNAUTOPARTS.COM PART #4695, /6 - 340/360
mounts work & fit great $66.99 BB don't know.

Transdapt also makes them, part number 4695, and state they are for 1967-1972 A-Body /6 to 340/360 engines. I purchased them from a local speed shop for $70.

I returned them though because I was converting a 1974 Duster which had spool mounts and the Trans Dapts would not work in my application without a lot of fabrication. I bought the Schumaker kit and I am very glad I did. I had to modify the drivers side k-frame but the kit came with a template and it was very easy to do, just minor grinding and drilling a hole. The engine sits in the right place and everyting lines up great. I would definetly recommend spending the extra $$ for the Schumaker kit.

A search on this site should turn up the mounts. Regular A body pass side MM bracket and a drivers side MM truck bracket on a /6 biscuit type k member.

I used TransDapt for my swap to a 360 and they worked great. They aren't as strong as spool mounts but if you're just crusin' like me they're fine. Good luck.

The Trans Dapt kit is your cheapest way to do it, but, you have to have the sandwhich type mounts or purchase them. I do not know where to get the sandwhich mounts except Schmaucher. They are the same price as there kit.

I did a /6 - 318 shumacher kt. It required cutting the drivers pearch some and then a drill to make a new hole for the motor mount.

Check out members resto's and my project.

The Schumacher kit was excellent.

Schmacher are real good to work with, vary nice guy. I'd do more business with him in a heart beat.

I have nothing against Schumacher, but I will always swap k-members first. In my case it's with a home-built Direct Connection unit, but I'd still do the same for a /6 to small block swap (well, no I wouldn't because I'd go all the way to a big block).
