thats a great machine from back in the day . thats something to get a retired racer and save it will out peeling to or re-racing its heart in another body for more speed . that a great save . wish i had the record holder package that run with my 63 sf . it all went in separate directions , did retain the trans . it came with some cool pieces mxwdg stuff . still would like that engine that went record .
that looks kinda like the one my (now passed)friend, Jim Harris owned. If it is, I think he sold it to Frank Spittal (sp?) on the East coast, and it must have found its way to the DG museum. Nice to see it was restored.
