TTI says they've never had an opportunity to try any of their headers on a '60-'62 Valiant or Lancer, so they are not sure if they will work or not. (They are advertised as fitting only '63 and up models.)
Would anybody happen to know the head-to-fenderwell clearance on a '62 Valiant with an LA engine installed, vs. a '63 with an LA?
(Of course we're talking resto-rods here because the V8 was not originally offered either year.)
Or, can any of you guys please kindly give me the fenderwell-to-fenderwell measurement for a '63-'66 A-body, and I'll compare it with the same measurement on my '62?
