for sale dash pad out of a 66 valiant. pad is excellent. there is a small bubble on the front and tiny imperfections(tiny splits) on the top where the flat part of the pad meets the raised part on both sides. kind of hard to explain. every interior part of this valiant I parted out was excellent including this pad. hard to find a nicer used one. $225 plus shipping.

Seriously, the pad is perfect given the fact that it is 50 years old. Is the original color gold? I have a 66 Dart with a black plastic shell cover at this time. How did you remove this? My original cracked gold pad is still in place since I was afraid brute strength was not the solution to removing it. Some direction on how to remove and replace the pad and I am interested in this part.

The pad is held on with 5 pal nuts from the back! It is easiest to remove the cluster and the glovebox liner to access the nuts! Should be about an hour job to have the pad swapped out!!
