63 Dart whiskers

I need to replace the whiskers, do you have to take the glass out? Can anyone give me tip on how to do , its a convertible, thanks Jim

You will destroy the first old whiskers, learning how they are held in. You do not have to remove the glass to install, but check hole locations from new whiskers in case any holes are not there.(remove offending clip if needed) A rounded putty blade between door and whiskers helps on removing.
