'64 Barracuda floor pan questions

I'm in the process of partial replacement of the floor pans. I'm welding up the extra holes that the previous owner put in the floorboards. Lots of drilled holes that don't seem to have a purpose.
There are also two small punched slotted holes located under the passenger side bucket seat. (Photos attached) What is the purpose of these holes? Being punched seems to indicate that they were original from the factory. But what are they used for?
There is a series of small holes in the vertical portion of the floor pan behind the rear seat. (Photos attached) Same question, what are they used for? Can they/should they be welded up?
Also attached is a photo of the 4 speed hump that is in the car. Did a '64 originally have a 4 speed hump or did the previous owner add this? The welds on it are not very neat and I suspect that it might have been added.

Weld 'em up! Looks like it had an Audio Amplifier under the Pass Seat, Several Different Seats over the years and the 4-Speed Hump does look like an add-on...

Redrill what is needed.

The 4 speed hump is right but totally butchered.The hole for the shifter should be round .The photo is a 65 hump with a 65 bezel the 64 is the same hump with just a round chrome trim ring around the rubber boot

As for the welds on the hump. They weren't neat from the factory and the way you can tell if it's original is to go under the car and look at the edge of the hole that was cut in the floor.It it is a saw cut it was added by someone .In the factory they used a cutting torch and you will see little metal balls from when the metal was cut.That is original.

Do not weld the two holes in the passenger floor pan. Thats where the clips that holds the fuel line is mounted.

I am envious of your floor pan condition. Have you looked underneath as well? Not sure if they had that black undercoating option back then. My one-owner '70 Swinger needs three of four 'foot wells' replaced thanks to the factory rubber-type floor covering. It was the first non-carpet I'd ever seen on an A-body car in 50 years. (sigh)

Here is a pic of a 65 hump removed from a Valiant 200 convertible. I removed it myself
