64 gas tank strap

I have finished building new frame rails for a 64 valiant conv. The car was apart when i got it. I am not sure how the gas tank mounts to the frame. Is the J bolt on the out side of the right frame rail and the strap hooks in a slot on the inside of the drivers side? Anybody have a photo of the gas tank?

I don't have a photo, but you are correct.

this is a 64

There is a slot in at the top edge of the inside frame rail on the drivers side. On the passenger side, there is a hole for the J hook on the outside of the frame rail. You can just see the attach points on both sides of the tank.

Thanks to both of you. I have part of one frame rail with a slot and a round hole. It appeares that both sides have the hole and a slot.
