64 valiant/ 65 cuda door swap?

Hey guys,

Ive been cruising my local salvage yards for a passenger side door for my 65 cuda. According to the interchange book a 64 valiant door (one of which i found) will fit my 65 cuda, though it says the glass might need to be replaced. can anybody shed any more light on this? the new door shell is $150 so before I drop that I wanna be sure. And is it hard to install the windows?

It is not that hard to change the glass-but it is a bit of a pain to get it to fit right. Your Barracuda's glass has a curve on the top which the hard top do not have-thats why it has to be changed

But the door for sure does fit? the hinges, shape, seals etc are the same and everything?

The rest is the same.

Even Darts doors fit. You can't use a 63 door as the door latch is not the same or even close.
