I have some from a 66 273 but you need the 65-66 V8 K-frame for them to work. Otherwise you need to get the conversion mounts from Schumaker Creative Services

the car is a 65 Barracuda, originaly s6, I thought the K members were the same?
 
they are different. you would need conversion mounts. $160

Better check that again. I have both sitting in my garage. They are different between /6 and v8.

63 - 66 a-body cars use the same k-frame for a slant 6 or a v-8. you will need the 63 - 66 a-body 273 mounts... they turn up from time to time on the different forums.. prett sure schumacher sells them too...

Joe, the bottom picture is the one that I'm working on, but I'm confused about the mounting brackets that I need, would the ones from Daves66 work? (66 v8 273)

if they are from a 63 -66 dart or valiant that had a 273 in it then yes they should work.... i have a set at home i would snap pictures of for you but i'm stuck at work till 7pm

if you look close at this one it has the lil triangle piece welded to it so i could bolt it to a 360 that i used in the 64 valiant i had years ago... got the measurements in an old mopar book.

Sorry about that Bryan the frames themselves are the same for my 66's except for the mounts. Doh..shoe doesn't taste so good.

I have the mounts if you need them
