65 Barracuda headliner WIRE length needed

Just like the title says.... I need the 65 Barracuda headliner WIRE length.

Its the 2 retaining wires between the top of the rear window and the last bow.

I looked and cannot find a source for new ones....so I need to make them. I'm on hold til I get the numbers....

Looks about 6 inches long (just painted mine, they were rusty).

Which end goes in the rod and which end goes in the roof/ceiling?

Maybe my parts manual will show the orientation. Im thinking smaller hook goes on rod, pointing upwards.

If you look at the wire ends, the hoop shaped end goes over the rod, and the other end has a “clip” style bend that snaps into the hole to hold the wire in place and keep it from popping out while you horse around with the headliner.

The photos in post #8 look to me like the simple bend in the wire is in the hole, but post #9 seems to say the end with all the weird detents goes in the hole. Am I confused easily or what?
