Hey guys,

I have a question concerning the inner door sill plates of a '65 Barracuda. My fish had only one inner door sill plate when I bought it. Now I could get another pair and this brings me to my question.

The one plate I have is riveted, but a friend of mine has a '66 Barracuda with a screwed inner door sill plate - see the pics below.

So how where they originally mounted in '65?

Thanks in advance!

My 65 Cuda had them attached via screws. No collar like your photos either. Hope this helps !

Screwed here as well. That doesn't sound right, but anyway mine are screwed in

Hahahahaha. Yeah, sounds weird:D

I'm just wondering why the heck someone would rivet a inner door sill instead of screw it in.:wtf: So that will be changed!:)
