65 Dart Master Cylinder Relocate

I've put a 360 in a 65 Dart. Full race motor. I'm using Hedman Hedders 1 7/8 fenderwell hedders. With modern style Mopar MC, I can't remove the valve covers to adjust the valves. No I do not want to change hedders. I've seen some SS/AH cars with the MC mounted in the driver compartment. The pictures were not clear. Looks to be under the dash. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks
