Overall fair to good condition for age. The line in front of the indicator is a scratch in the paint, the surface below is ok. Some pitting on chrome, no lighter. Mounting brackets have original sections still attached and will need to be cleaned up. The black wire on the harness with bare end I'm pretty sure is a ground
