I have the original front sway bar off my 66 Barracuda sitting in my attic. I have kept it for almost 20 years since I put on my 1 1/8" front bar thinking that if I ever sold the car, it would be nice to have the original parts with it. I'm starting my big bolt pattern conversion and now my thinking has changed. The car will never be worth a ton of money and it's pretty far from original now anyway. So I'm thinking of selling off some parts, like the front sway bar to help offset the cost of the conversion.

So, what's it worth? It's in good shape. Not sure if I still have the end links.

Thanks for any input!

The last one I sold not very long ago only brought 80 dollars plus shipping. I started higher but never got any bids until I lowered it to 80 on Ebay.

They're usually worth more if you sell them with the correct lower control arms. If someone has a non-sway bar car, they need the control arms to make it work. As a package, it would have broader appeal since it would fit all the '63-6 A-bodies.

Thanks for the input. I'll see what I can get, I guess. The lower control arms will stay with the car, however. I had the original sway bar copied in 1 1/8" and made my own custom mounts with the help of a friend.
