[SOLD] 66 Dart Charger, Formula S 273 Commando Engine Complete

I have a complete 1966 Dodge Charger or Plymouth Commando 273 motor and engine is carb to oil pan with exhaust manifolds and engine mounts. Missing the correct air cleaner but has the correct valve covers. It was in a 4 speed car so crank is drilled. Motor has been sitting in my shop for years and is not stuck, does turn over freely. 2465330 block Casting and date on block is 7-10-65, Carb #4119S date code L5 and is correct for a 4 speed car. $1200.00 plus shipping

Interested. The commando is the higher comp 273 which is 9.2:1? Same as 67 spec 318 I believe?

This is the High compression 235 HP motor if interested send me a PM

Not if its a 4bbl, itll have the "10.5:1" pop up pistons with 2 valve reliefs. 67 318 was a lower 9.2 compression, but only had 5hp less.

Not if its a 4bbl, itll have the "10.5:1" pop up pistons with 2 valve reliefs. 67 318 was a lower 9.2 compression, but only had 5hp less.
