67-72 V8 k-member with control arms and V8 torsion bars and disc brakes

Ok so I'm going to run a new k-member so I figured I'd let this stuff go. Biscuit mount 67-72 small block k-member with upper and lower control arms, strut rods, V8 torsion bars, and 74 disc brake spindles with bbp disc brakes. I'd like to get $800 for everything plus shipping but make me an offer. The k member has a small dent in the center but it doesn't affect anything and it can be straightened very easily. Pics can be posted tomorrow of the dent as the car is at work.
