67 Barracuda fastback fender tag decode

Can anyone help decode my 67 Fastback fender tag

Help, I continue to get INVALID for seat type. It has a split bench with console.. Am I just dyslexic?

There are 2 different tags posted here guys. The original poster is not a Formula S (post 1) but the car Mike has in Texas is a Formula S (post 3). This should clear up the confusion. Steve...you are right and so is Cuda Al!
