I am selling my 1967 Plymouth Barracuda Notchback project car. I have just recieved orders to leave Tucson and it would be a great deal to take the car with me.
The car is in the process of being restored and due to lack of funds it has been some time since its had some love.
All glass is there and in good condition other than the windshield (removed for delamination). It is an east coast car so there is rust on the bottom of the quarters and deck lid with rust in the channels above the doors as well. The interior, although it does need some work and refurbishment, is all there and the seats could use recovering but otherwise they are in good shape. The only things missing in the interior are the parking brake lever and the handle for the top of the shifter, the roof liner and interior panels for the rear seats. Under the hood is a rebuilt 360 (- carburetor) that ran in the donor vehicle before it was removed and rebuilt. Attached to that is an automatic 727 trans that was rebuilt shortly after the engine. The underside and engine bay of the car are in good condition and clean as that is where I started the restoration some time ago.
I have a new gas tank and calipers inside the car as well as most of, if not all of the trim and pieces for the rest of it. Its a great sexy car for a restoration but keep in mind its going to need body work. I have keys and title for the car and it's ready to go.
With a good offer and inside of a couple hundred miles I would be willing to deliver as well. I am headed to North Texas in January and I would like to have the car sold by then but if I still have it and anybody would like it in that direction, I would be willing to tow it to you as I would be bringing it there anyway.
I looking to get as close to 5000 as I can but its negotiable.
If you have any questions or would like specific pictures, dont hesitate to ask. Thanks
