Looking for a car mopar i could build my way non factory equip car. I found a steal on a 67 Dart. Seeing how I had a 71 swinger in high school seemed like the perfect fit. Was /6 3spd on the tree 7 1/4 rear currently. 340/727 8 3/4 rear 3.55 gear. I am about a year away from hearing it run. put new pans in "the pic" complete front end end rebuild. In the process I have learned a lot I know know how to weld, powder coat,sandblast and sanding,sanding,sanding. Have had a tremondous amount of help from a friend. all in all we are getting there. I will keep up posts from here.

Sounds good! There's nothing like hands on learning. I've learned everything I know about cars from just owning them and tinkering. I don't know a lot, but I learn something never everyday.

Awesome news machine shop called today and said engine will be ready tomorrow, 1970 340 .040 over. comp cam extreme enegry 268x as mentioned in mopar rag, x heads ported and polished should be a strong one. cant wait to hear it rumble. still have much work to do in th eengine bay before I drop it in. shooting for the end of summer.
