Can I use a set of 1967 Pulleys and alternator bracket on a 73 Small block with the 73 water pump? Or do I have to change to the Pre 70 water pump? I am just trying to figure out a way to get the Dart running on a budget. Thank you.

If you have 67 pullies ( crank and all others) then yes change WP to cast iron not the inlet is on pass side (rad will need to match) make new TDC mark on balancer, and add a 67 bolt on timing indicator

You MIGHT be able to shim everything out to match the AL waterpump?

By the time you buy the new water pump, the required radiator, hoses, etc. to match your pulleys, your "budget" will be shot.
Just get the right pulleys and alternator bracket.

Yes, the water pump, timing cover, and radiator outlet all changed between 69 and 70, so you need everything from early engines or later engines to make it work. Just changing the pulley's will get you nowhere...
