Ok I'm thinking of purchasing a 67 Valiant 2 door post car and I'm concerned about the availability of all the seals being the door - glass etc.. Are they available? I see that it's common to change the front and rear glass seals - trim to a later model --- but what year and model ?

I have a 67 and yes it is hard to find all the rubber but you can. I replaced the front and rear seals with 68. You will need to get the molding clips and front and rear ss trim from a donor car. Got mine from this forum a guy out in Cal. 75 bucks for both and they were great. The door seals and for a sedan Firestone collectables, the window channel metro rubber the windshield glass and rear glass Steel rubber products, the window whiskers ebay NOS. They are harder to find and sometimes cost more but you can get them all. I even had to replace my windshield it was milked up found NOS from a guy in Virginia beach brand new in the box. Just got my 67 painted and starting to put it together. Best of luck to ya.

1968-69 Valiant windshield and backlite trim replaces the 1 year only 1967 stuff. The doors from the 68-69 Dart 2 door sedan are identical to the 67-69 2 door Valiants (except for door lock placement), so the door weatherstripping, felt, and seals, etc. will also work.
