68-69 Dart/ barracuda Convertible Rear View Mirror

Hey Guys,
I have a question about rear view mirrors. My 69 Dart Convertible rear view mirror looks like the pictures of the repo Hard Top mirrors and mounting brackets, that I have seen on line. Are Hard Top and Vert rear view mirrors the same?

I think it is a 68 vert. I think i might have 2. I will have to look

Steve, Im assuming that the mounting base makes it vert specific. How about the mirror head itself, suppose I took a new repop, HT mirror and swapped out the vert base to it? What do you think? Any ideas?

I agree Martin, I think the base is specific and 68-9 mirrors and post should interchange.
