I wouldn't think that there is any inherent additional value to a cloned S/S car.

The value is going to be based on the quality of the restoration work and the parts used.
 
I agree. The real SS cars are worth mucho dinero. I can see a clone being built only to race or to drive on the street. It would probably be worth the price of a restored 'Cuda plus the price of a Hemi engine and various other parts and some labor.

The true value is determined by how much somebody is willing to pay for it. Check out auction houses and e-bay for prices.
