Hello! I'm at it again with my 68 Barracuda this time. I started with subframe connectors and torque boxes. 2x3x.125 wall going through the floor.

started by making a piece that caps the rear segment of the frame.

I have to build the fuel lines next. it'll take me a while. 1/2" feed and 1/2" return. or maybe just do 3/8" feed & return. not sure. i will use aluminum line & -AN fittings though. need a new gas tank again, this time I will not get the bright idea of coating the inside. didnt work out too well last time.

thank you. that little subframe & torque box dilemma took me weeks. LOL this is going to be quite a boring and SLOW build.

When you get to 4+ years of a car sitting in the same spot, call me. LOL

Nice work James.

Same boat. But this is what it takes since we're not independently wealthy or retired with loads of time on our hands. Some days you will try as hard as possible to do one little task that takes a long time to complete, other days you knock 10 things out so fast your buddies heads spins.

Then there's also a few items beyond your control that add to wait time.
Wrong part, out of stock, no re-pop parts & shipping times when it must go ground, etc....
