I restore them and have some with oem finish on the spokes and restored grips from$425-$550 depending on amt. of patina. The 550 ones have nearly none or no patina on the spokes. These are complete wheel prices. pad, emblem, collar and switch. Also have a few with resurfaced spokes complete for $650. 68-70 70 completes will be $650 because of the extra parts for completion, i.e. spacer and 1 yr. only collar.

If the spokes will clean up physically and chemically , usually around $250-300. Hard to say without seeing it. Above described wheel as a core usually around $100-150. Cracks no big deal. can also send it off and get the spokes refinished... pricey tho. $250 for just that. Looks just like oem finish.
