10” drums in rear.

Anybody have pics of the entire rear passenger section and axel attachment points? My project came with the short section (about 2 feet) attached inside the passenger rear drum (pic below)... and just hanging. The cable end opp the drum has what looks like a broken weld and half of a bracket (circled in yellow in pic)... the short cable coming from the driver rear drum looks the same, with what looks like the other half of a broken welded bracket.

From the pull lever under the Inst cluster, All is intact on the driver’s side back to and including the equalizer, but the eq is just dangling.

The dual hole bracket mounted to the frame rail is also intact, but nothing was mounted to it. I’m assuming the driver cable coming from the drum attached into the bracket hole and then to the equalizer.

The pic in my service manual is less than descriptive regarding he passenger side cable(s) and mounting points, so that’s mainly what I’m looking for pics of.

I have '68 cuda w/ 8 3/4". No pics but- driver's side rear cable is short, no brackets, runs from backing plate to frame bracket and held in place by a large "c" clip. Passenger side cable is very long, maybe 4' to 5' long and runs from backing plate, up and over sheet metal by muffler hangers, curving down to attach at frame bracket. There are no brackets on the cable but there is a small clip about midway along the cable that allows a singe bolt to hang the cable up on a small bracket on the sheet metal which is about midway between the two muffler hangers. Very wordy- but hope that gets you started. Sounds like you are missing the right side cable.

Just what I was looking for. I was thinking my ‘short’ passenger side cable was a mistake that somebody made.... since it’s the same length as the short driver side cable. What you said confirms what I was thinking and what the Manual shows. Thanks!
