69 Barracuda bumper jack base.

I just came back from Carlisle Chrysler Nationals and after looking for two days does anyone know what the bumper jack base should look like for 1969 Barracuda? I must have looked thirty jack bases and no luck. I have the original jack with the attached bracket the fits under the bumper lip from my car but, the base has disappeared over time. I have check all parts books for part numbers no luck. Could use picture or part number of the base to match up some of the used ones at the upcoming Nationals in Ohio..

I got a box of them (67 to 75) somewhere, I'll try and have a look.

Seems the base may be in different colors, depending on the vendor.
