69 dart 340 short block -- looking for car owner

Does anyone know who would own the car for this 340 short block? I believe its from a 69 Dart.

Castings: 9-9-68, 9-B-274167, 2780930-340-7

I've owned this short block since 1977... bought it in Chicago area, been sitting in my storage (indoors) since 1977.
