would this work on a 1970 340 swinger , it is a 4 speed now with manual steering , but no column is in now and want to convert to power steering . Would a 1970 power steering box and pump work with this ?

yes , but you will still need the linkage.

A 70 column has the ignition switch in the column. The 69 column does not.
