Are the 67-68 ignition lock cylinders the same as 69 cuda? I found them for the 67-68 but not the 69. from the pictures I saw they look very similar. The switch has one terminal added but looks like all the other terminals are the same. Can anyone offer any help?

Can a person use the switch and lock assembly from a 67-68? What else can I do? Cant seem to find any replacement.

Here's a replacement, but it's big bucks and I can't vouch for them as I've never used them. Maybe another member has.

Here's a conversion kit to use a 62 - 68 ignition switch (scroll to about halfway down the page). This is pricey too and I have never used these guys either:

Here's an Ebag seller of the conversion:

Good luck!

the 69 switch was a 1 year item as previously indicated, the good thing is it was used in ALL 69 chrysler products. i believe the plug will fit the 68 switch, but the dash hole is bigger for the 69 switch and the 68 won't fit without some sort of adapter. there are a couple of nos switches out there but the guys who have them definitely know what they have and they are proud of them to the tune of about 250 bucks. they do pop up used on ebay and i have seen them go for 40-50 bucks from time to time. i have a plastic trim and chrome bezel, but no switch.
