Just checked those pulleys and they are 1:1 , camera angle causing distortion.beware of elec fans , looks like ur under driving the water pump too. should be at least 1 to 1.--------jmo

Nope , left it factory location.Did u move the firewall back any , since u had it out ?!
Nope , left it factory location.
Actually I only cut and pieced sections of it that were rotten to hold the front geometry of the car . The only contact issue I have so far that I can see is the blower motor and I've researched a fix for that ( ah451) .If not doing a factory resto , I`d have moved it at least 1'' , "if. I had it out to start with>"
Had to flip it around the way it is and add some flow thru holes because doesn't fit the other way , makes contact with water pump pulley . Needed another 3/4" so will try it this way and if it doesn't work will plan B it. Thxjust read through this, the car's going to be great when done. re the rad/fan combo, it looks like the fan mounting 'plate' is backwards on the rad. if you swap it round there'll be a gap between it and the core all over allowing the fans to draw from the whole core not just where they're up against the 2 spots (and the flat areas of the plate won't be blocking the core). i know it'll push the fans back toward the motor some but that should be allowed for if it's a 'package' type deal. you may have this sorted by now but i thought it worth mentioning.
neil.
