7 1/4 disc conversion?

Tried doing some research and saw that many of the a body brake disc conversion kits are for 8 3/4 or Dana 60 rear ends. Just wanted to know if there's even a kit or any way to have disc brakes on a 7 1/4 rear end or I have to swap the rear end in order to have rear discs.

look up scarebird. He made adapters for disk brake conversions. Maybe he has a 7.25 rear bolt up. Its not that hard to fab up, just get the caliper centered over a disk that you can mount to a 5 on 4 (Scarebird used Toyota Previa redrills)and fond a way to secure the caliper bracket to the housing bolt holes. Youll have no E-brake unless you use a rear disk from a real rear disk ap pthat has the integral drum E-brake.
