'70 Dart (6-cyl.) moved ignition coil, need longer ignition coil wire

Hello, I have a '70 Dart (225 6-cyl.). Like a lot of people with the slant six, I moved the ignition coil over to a more easily reached location.

Now, the ignition coil to distributor wire is a bit too short...it fits, but it is stretching it and afraid it will come loose.

Will the ignition coil wire from an 8-cylinder work? any other tips? I just need a longer wire by about two inches or so. (I don't want to have to move the coil again, as that would require drilling again).

any coil wire with male ends will work. ive even used a plug wire with the coil side boot
